Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Learn CCNA at learnccna.org. By using the site, or by signing in or buying full access, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is

Learn CCNA is a study guide for the Cisco CCNA 200-301 exam, with practice tools and hands-on labs that run a simulated network in your browser. The written guide, the Domain 1 quiz and labs, the subnetting generator, the flashcards and the reference pages are free to use without an account. Full access, bought once, opens every hands-on lab, the quizzes for Domains 2 to 6, and your progress saved to your account.

Accounts

You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that mailbox to yourself: anyone who can open the link can use your account. An account is for one person; please do not share it.

Buying full access

Full access costs the price shown on the site when you buy it ($29 today), paid once. There is no subscription. Payment is taken on Stripe's checkout, and the seller of record for the purchase is Link, a Stripe service, which also handles sales tax and VAT and sends your receipt; its terms apply to the payment itself. Access is added to the account you were signed in with when you bought it, and does not expire while Learn CCNA is running.

Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

Using the content

The guide, questions, labs and everything else on the site belong to Luis Gallegos. You may use them for your own study. You may not copy, republish, sell or share them, in full or in large parts, or collect them from the site with automated tools. You may not try to get around the parts of the site that need full access, or disrupt the site for others.

What the site does not promise

Learn CCNA is independent: it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cisco Systems, and CCNA is a trademark of Cisco Systems, Inc. The labs simulate Cisco devices; their output is checked against real Cisco IOS, but a simulation is not the real equipment, and some behaviour is simplified. Studying here does not guarantee that you will pass the exam, and exam content may change after the guide was written.

The site is provided as it is. Features may change, and the site may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, Luis Gallegos is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability for any claim about the site is limited to the amount you paid for full access.

Ending access

Access may be removed from an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing the account or copying the content. A refunded or charged-back purchase removes full access.

Changes and law

These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means accepting it. These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. This does not take away any rights the consumer law of your own country gives you.
