Refund policy

Almost everything on Learn CCNA is free to use before you buy: the whole written guide, the Domain 1 quiz and labs, the subnetting generator, the flashcards and the reference pages. Please try them first, so you know what you are paying for.

Purchases are final

Full access is digital content that opens as soon as your payment goes through, so purchases are not refunded, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. Where it does (for example, if full access does not work and cannot be fixed, or where the consumer law of your country gives you a right to cancel), your refund will be honoured.

Asking for a refund

Write to support@learnccna.org from the email address you signed in with, and say what went wrong. If a refund is due, it goes back to the payment method you used, through Stripe, and full access is removed from the account.

If something is broken

If a lab, a quiz or your access does not work, write first: most problems can be fixed, and fixing them is the priority.
